Blogging Again

Well, Haven't blogged for a long time .... years now I think, but the
time is right to start again. What better way to start than to announce
that myself an Helen will be running the BUPA great south !. I'll be
running in aid of cancer research and Hels for the firefighters charity.
Both worthy causes I'm sure you'll agree.
